What time does the event have to conclude?

• Music needs to be off by 10:00pm, guests 10:30 and vendors by 11pm.

 

Do you allow outside caterers?

• Yes, we do. However, they need to be approved by us before signing your contract with them.

 

Can I bring my own drinks?

• Yes. Client provided alcohol - must be delivered to the bar when bartenders arrive.

 

Are you pet-friendly?

• Yes, we are! Feel free to include your furry friend in your celebration!

 

When is the final balance due?

• Your final balance will be due 10 days prior to your event.

 

What is required to reserve the wedding date?

• To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the package you are selecting. Your next payment will be due 180 days out from your event and will be for 25% of the price of your selected package. And the remaining balance will be due after your final guest count is received about 10 days out from your event.

 

What is Special Event Liability Insurance?

• Protects you if you're held liable for property damage or bodily injury

• Offers host liquor liability to protect against alcohol-related accidents

 

Do you have onsite parking?

• Yes, there is limited parking at the estate. Carpooling is recommended.

 

How much is additional time?

• If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at a rate of $300 per hour.

 

Can open flamed candles be used?

• Absolutely NO open flamed candles. You can have enclosed candles like votives and hurricanes or battery powered. 

 

Are children welcome?

• Yes, children are welcome. Children MUST be supervised at all times while on the estate.

 

Is there coverage in case it rains?

• This is a full outdoor space, we do not have tenting, however there are three pergolas that do supply coverage. You are booking your event with the knowledge that it will be up to you to find a tenting company to come set up for your event.

 

Can we come the following day to take down decorations?

• All decor must be removed by the end of the event unless otherwise arranged. 

 

Can we vape on the property?

• Vaping is allowed in a designated area. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!

 

Can a guest leave their vehicle overnight if the are unable to drive?

• Yes. The car/truck must be picked up the following day by noon.
